Hands down the single best dish I had in New Orleans. The crawfish mac was absolutely delightful. I would eat that any day of the week, and I would certainly recommend. Even the fries were extra tasty. …
Quickly becoming another place to remember in the quarter, this has apparently been my friends' staple for awhile. Surprisingly nice for a diveyish bar in the quarter. Wood bar and booths, pool tables, darts and the jukebox adorne the inside. Nice courtyard with seating and the kitchen out back. I technically haven't had a chance to eat here yet. I managed to snag an oyster and some fries from my friends, but no luck when I went to order. First mistake was trying to order from the bar, you gotta go out back. Second was trying to get food there after a parade with the quarter packed to daytime levels I haven't seen even before COVID. They shut the kitchen down for 30min to catch up, we went somewhere else for food. My samples were good, but not enough. I'll try again next time.
The largest and freshest Raw oysters I have ever had. Ordered Raw and grilled oysters. The grilled were the best and I ended up eating two dozen. Sat outside and listed to a wonderful jazz trio while we ate and watched the college …
Absolutely love this place. As a local, my friends and I know most of the bars but we were very happy to stumble upon this little gem. The drinks are fabulous and the bartender was super friendly. But I especially have to brag on the chef …
VIBES! OYSTERS! The chargrilled oysters were amazing, they are shucked fresh right in front of you. Got the original, Lucianos, and raw, all great. The live musicians were amazing. Friendly staff. Chill atmosphere, no crazy obscene lines.
Come for the oysters, stay for the lovely vibes

When I walked into MRB Bar & Kitchen in New Orleans, the smell of good food hit me right away. The Philly Po' Boy sandwich I ordered was amazing. The beef was really tender and tasted great. It had just the right amount of seasoning. My …
We started at the front and ordered “the green drink” (frozen sweet drink) we were warned it was strong and that was no lie! Delicious. We then went to the back and ordered wings, chicken fried alligator sandwich and catfish sandwich. All of it was absolutely fantastic! Perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked!!
We did not have the food at MRB, but it does look and smells good. As a bar it is very good and a nice place to have a drink. The pours are generous and the prices are reasonable. A pool table is available if you like along with several bar games. This is a cool bar that New Orleans is so famous for. Definitely worth a visit.
It’s Christmas, it’s Monday Night Football, and the bartender won’t turn on the game sound IN. A. SPORTS. BAR. UPDATE: The majority of the bar on Christmas Day was there FOR FOOTBALL. How do I know? We were ALL miffed. Nobody goes to a …
